Today was fantastic :) As usual, my day started really late because I had to wait for Jeannie, and this time round, Junghyun unni too, to wake up. We met up at 4pm at Anam Station and took the subway to 뚝섬역 Ttukseom Station. From Exit 8, we walked to 서울숲 Seoul Forest where we rented bicycles for 3,000KRW each for 1.5hours. It was really good, cycling in the late afternoon in perfect weather and also managing to catch the sunset! It gets dark really early these days...by 6.30pm, it's pitch black. I definitely have to go back to 서울숲 Seoul Forest again soon to take more pictures and cycle. We went really late today and because we were supposed to join our friends for Midterm Celebrations (organized by Martin) in Monkey Beach Bar in 압구정 Apgujeong later at night, we couldn't stay there for too long :(

| Trying this really cool photo-mail feature in the park where we could email our photo to ourselves. |

| It was difficult writing the message using my finger because of the screen's sensitiveness and I should have written "we were here" instead :( |
We had dinner at an spaghetti eatery called 쏘렌토 Sorento near the subway station before heading back to Anam to rest for less than an hour and then meeting Kenneth, Eric, Serina, and Minji at Anam Station. To get to Monkey Beach Bar, we took the subway to Apgujeong and exited from Exit 2 before taking a cab there for 2,400KRW. It's right in front of Juno Hair Salon.

It was really crowded in there! I met Alex at the door and he pulled me into the bar and I was greeted by many familiar faces. I met Timmy, Simon, Miika, Jimin, Kristian, Brian, Raus and Jeannie's other friends from her orientation group. Somehow, almost everyone was dancing on the table top. Kenneth and I got drinks (a bucket for 15,000KRW); I had Peach Crush which was nice. It got quite hot in there so a few of us went out to eat odeng (fishcake) before going back to dance and then going back to the same odeng place again, this time with Jeannie and Sandy and going back to dance a bit more before we decided to call it a day and headed back to Anam at nearly 3am. It was funny because the 4 of us planned to take a taxi back together: Jeannie, me, Kenneth and Sandy. But somehow, this German guy got into our cab and sat beside me before Kenneth and Sandy could get in and we ended up with 5 people which was a huge no-no because the driver was adamant against having the 5 of us :( In the end, Jeannie and I took the cab back with that German guy while Kenneth and Sandy took the cab with Raus. And the guy was so weird...he kept trying to hit on me -.- I really don't know how to avoid such sticky situations :( But thankfully, the ride back to Anam was quite fast and only cost us 9,120KRW. When we reached Anam, I thought my ordeal was over but Jeannie didn't want to go back so the 3 of us ended up in Armba. Thankfully, Kenneth and Raus came to join us, though Raus left soon after to join the rest at the kimbab eatery to eat, so things weren't so awkward. I feel safer and more secured when Kenneth is around; he's like my big brother, a guardian :) And the reason we went to Armba was because Jeannie wanted to; but all she wanted when she was there was a cup of water so I ended up getting another Peach Crush for myself (4,000KRW) and the water for her :( I drank so much today! But I'm fine, not drunk at all and perfectly sober. I think my alcohol limit has increased just that I feel a little tired but I'm determined to blog for today because I know that I might have a huge backlog to clear in the next few days. The lady boss at Armba thought that I'm half Korean half Chinese. I wish! Haha :P Soon after I finished my drink, we left but just after we got out of Armba, we met the Italian guys and we soon found ourselves walking right back into Armba despite having stepped out of it for less than 2 minutes. But they changed their minds the minute we stepped in, so we left -.- Like wth. The lady boss was like, "Hello!" and then "Oh, goodbye!"...So basically, my night ended at 4am. Haven't done this in a long while!
Anyway, Kenneth, are you reading this??? Thank you so much for being here for us!!! I can't wait for Jeju next week...GREAT COMPANY :)
A cold week ahead!
