On my way to school this afternoon to "study", after having woken up at 12pm, I met Sean who had a hangover from last night. He told me that he was drunk yesterday but you know what? I didn't know that he was drunk at all! So I guess he has absolutely no recollection whatsoever as to what he sang or did in the noraebang yesterday. haha. Another thing I discovered about myself yesterday is that I don't quite know my drinking limit yet. I just stop whenever I don't feel like drinking anymore and say that I've reached my limit when actually, I don't think I have. I just don't like the taste of alcohol and how I turn so red and flushed and stuff. I keep thinking of citron tea 유자차.
I found a table on the basement level near the linkway to LG-POSCO but eventually only studied a few pages (less than 5) of my International Financial Management and Korean textbooks because I spent my time sending text messages and facebooking. Brilliant plan to study was foiled. Oh dear...
And my plan was to study with Junho oppa but he was in the reading room and I had too many things to take and was too lazy to relocate so I stayed put at my position until 6.50pm when I met him. I think I'm getting too old because my memory is failing me. I thought that the gym closes at 8pm on Sundays but it actually closes at 5pm. 8pm is for Saturdays but thank goodness, the gym was open at 7pm+ when we arrived there. He was my translator and helped me find out about the procedures when using the gym. It's really quite different from any gyms back in Singapore! Here, I have to sign in with my card and I'll be given 2 lockers. My shoe locker number is fixed but my other locker for clothes differs every time I go to the gym. In addition, exercise attires are provided so I have to change into the attire before working out and after the workout, there's a communal bath facility (which I may just be too shy to use even if it's just ladies there).
As usual, we couldn't decide on where to go to for dinner but we eventually ended up at 부대볶음전문점 where our delicious meal only cost 10,000KRW.
After dinner, we headed to Baskin Robbins where he treated me to ice cream. Strangely, the peach melba ice cream he ordered for me didn't quite seem like the ones I had previously. Maybe I haven't eaten it for quite a long time so I've forgotten how it is supposed to taste like?
Back in my room, I opened up my Gmarket parcel and brilliantly cut something extra. OMG. I can't believe it...I'm so brilliant at times that I do the stupidest things on Earth. Like cutting out a triangle from my skirt. I thought that it would be in a plastic wrapping and I never expected such poor cutting skills from myself.
