[Part 1] 178. White Day & Sonya’s Farewell Dinner

I really don’t know how to dress for this weather…the change of season from winter to spring.
It’s like end winter now but I’m so sick of wearing my winter clothes that I’m now wearing spring clothes with my winter coat over. I can’t buy anymore winter clothes without incurring the wrath of my mum and so I have to make do with the clothes I have.

Today’s White Day! And I took on the role of a guy by giving beautiful flower chocolates to my girlfriends here :)
So pretty!
Luckily I bought some extra ones because some melted from the heat over the week :( I had left them in my balcony, thinking that it’s colder outside than in my room especially with our heated floor
Ok, I probably won’t attempt anymore selca shots from now on. Fail :(
Another chocolate from Valentina
Cookies from Asmae from Morocco!
My new teacher’s teaching way too fast and kind of rushing over things. I hope she slows down a little.
And everyone else thinks that E class doesn’t study just because almost all of us have TOPIK 5/6. That’s not true ok! We have even more work to do I think, especially for people like me who still haven’t obtained Level 6 and now have to self-study on our own because we are doing extra stuff during our afternoon classes now, like discussing current affairs and learning academic writing in preparation for our Master's.
Lunch
After my afternoon class, I studied till 8.40pm before running down to the bus stop and taking the shuttle bus to Deokpo to the Chinese eatery that Min brought us to previously. Met Nay and 2 other guys on my way there and we went there together. It was Sonya’s farewell dinner because he’s taking a leave of absence for 6 months. And the irony of it? We were supposed to meet at 9pm and there were people who arrived at 9pm. I arrived at 9.15pm while the star of the night arrived at…nearly 10pm. Lol. Dinner was great and we ate till 11pm+! Good times…Sonya, we’ll miss you!!! Thanks for the treat too, Min and Sonya!
Crazy guys who drank the spicy soup in one shot
Sonya!
The 1st farewell has come and gone. In a few months’ time, we’ll have to bid farewell to each other as we leave Busan for our graduate schools. Not much time left together!
