[Part 1] 170. 1st day of lessons

Today was the real first day of lessons for this semester.
All I can say is that I miss 이 선생님 :(
Thankfully the 3rd period was more interesting because of another new teacher who’s in charge of 말하기 for my class.

Went down to Seomyeon after class to make a Lotte point card to start accumulating points and this time round, I just said I wanted a normal point card that isn’t linked to a bank account and I was able to make the application. The card will be mailed to me soon.
Dropped by Muji to buy a refill bottle because I accidentally flung my shampoo bottle cap into the toilet bowl yesterday ㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ Last year, I dropped my dental floss into the toilet bowl too :( Our cupboard’s right above the toilet bowl and I have a knack for dropping things when I do things in a rush. Argh. Also bought a holder for Jenna’s and my toothpaste because currently, my toothpaste is in the cupboard and I think it’s only a matter of time before I drop it into the toilet bowl one day.
The main purpose of my trip to Seomyeon was actually to collect my Pandora murano charms which the store had to order from one of the Seoul stores because they didn’t have stock for the design I wanted. I’ll have to return/exchange one of the charms though because the print is quite horridly done and I didn’t notice it :( Went to the SK-II booth to collect a free sample of their new sun cream (love being on the mailing list) and discovered that I’ve been applying too little of my essence everyday and that’s why I haven’t seen much effect.

Back in Sasang, I joined Jenna and Valentina in Tom N Toms Cafe and we were joined by Jenna’s Korean friend for awhile.
Jenna and I went to a Indian restaurant near E-mart for dinner before doing some shopping at Emart and Daiso. I don’t think I’ll go back to the restaurant again because it’s expensive and the portion serving is too small, especially for briyani! 13,000원 ㅠㅜ

We’re going healthy together. Can’t wait to eat these for dinner with her after one of our workouts. Maybe tomorrow!

My poor bottle of shampoo

We made friends with this 신입생 freshman at the bus stop while waiting for the shuttle bus. He was so brave to make the first move and talk to us, and in English too. I like brave Koreans like him! We had an interesting conversation with him on the ride back.
I’m so glad that Jenna moved in with me :) This is going to be a fantastic sem, even though EH isn’t around!
