Class was slightly more interesting today because we digressed quite a bit from the content of our chapter and talked about other stuff. Last semester, I didn’t complain much about my class because it was almost always very interesting, because of our favourite teacher. But this semester, we have to adjust to 2 new teachers and new teaching styles :( It’s not that we’re unadaptable but rather, we were told right at the beginning of our program here that our main teacher would be teaching us for a year. And then they suddenly shifted her to the Chinese students' side before the start of this sem -.-
Time always passed so fast during 이 셈’s lessons but it’s the other way round for our new teacher and I find myself checking my watch ever so often throughout the morning.
During our last break for the morning class today, 블러르 언니 and I sprinted back to our rooms to get our 읽기 books because we forgot that we were supposed to bring them to class today. Almost “died” from running in the cold in my chiffon blouse and skirt/leggings and we managed to make it back to class all within 10 minutes when 10 minutes is normally what it takes for us to walk to our classroom from our dorm. Our legs didn’t hurt; our chests hurt from the cold air :(
During our last period, we talked about Murphy’s law and when it was my turn to share about my experience, I talked about my fate with the toilet bowl- how I’m always dropping my stuff in. My hp when I was young, my dental floss a few months ago and then my shampoo cap last week. I won’t tell you how I caused the toilet bowl to clog too. I think only my bro knows what happened hahahaha.
Went to 미술관 Art Building’s cafeteria for lunch today and it was sooooooo packed. Worse than 화랑관 Hwarang Hall! And my classmates abandoned me -.- I was standing in line with them and then they suddenly disappeared halfway. I thought they had gone off to check the menu for the day so I continued talking to Marcelle who was in front of me before moving up to talk to Valentina while Marcelle was still holding my place for me. Out of the blue, a cafeteria lady ushered us foreign students to one side to take our orders manually so that we wouldn’t have to queue with the Koreans to use the ticketing machines and after I got my food ticket, I saw that my classmates were already ahead of me and getting their food trays -.- They had actually gone into the cafeteria to use the other ticketing machines which were available but most of us thought that there was only 1 machine so we queued for it and the queue even spilled out to the staircase area. And then after we got our meal tickets, the real horror began. There were so many students in front of the stalls that we couldn’t even get to the front of them and thankfully, Baby helped me to get my food instead. Today was the 2nd time I dined at the Art Building’s cafeteria. The first time was before our play during the vacation and it wasn’t crowded like this. Today, it was so chaotic that there wasn’t even a proper line and everyone was just squeezing and pushing to get to the front of the stall to pass the cafeteria ladies the meal tickets. In Hwarang, you pass the ticket to the lady and then you wait till your number is pressed. Here, you pass the ticket and collect your food at the same time. I doubt I’ll return to the cafeteria during peak hours again. I need law and order. Today’s experience was pretty frightening and I met another girl from my program who concurred too.

Dinner for today! I ended up eating an ice cream instead of the cereal bar. So much for wanting to diet lol.
It’s raining now and the wind was so strong just now that I couldn’t even open my balcony door :(
