During my Skype session with my mum yesterday, I realised that my CNY cookies which I wanted to share with my classmates this coming week expired on Thursday -.- So I spent the whole day finishing the box of 10 cookies and shared them with Jenna who didn’t mind that they’re not the “best” anymore, since it’s a “best before” date right. They were more like moon cakes though because both types had egg yolk in them.
Met up with her and Valentina in the cafe at our dorm to chit-chat and gossip in the afternoon and we made an impromptu decision to go to Gwangan to enjoy the last night of our winter vacation.
We meant to set off for Gwangan at 5pm but we ended up taking the bus only at 5.30pm and reaching there at 6.30pm and missing the sunset :( Bus 62 goes from school all the way to Gwangan. We alighted one stop too early though…should have alighted at the bus stop after Gwangan Station, and not at the station because the former is nearer to the beach.
Initially, we entered an Italian restaurant but after checking out the menu, the range was too limited, prices too expensive and so we left for Mexican food and it was really good!
We went to Fuzzy Navel, just down the street.

After dinner, we went to a pretty cafe called Cafe Tokiwa for drinks and to talk some more. We have so much to talk about! Jenna and Valentina are my closest girlfriends here now ♥
