[Part 2] 130. Back to Bucheon :)

I had a great workout this morning and even made it to Investments class at 10.30am :) I got...14/20 for my Investments quiz! Not bad, considering the fact that I didn't study before my quiz because I was working on my Consumer Behaviour PPT slides on Tuesday. I also guessed the answers for quite a no. of questions so I expected to fail the quiz but yes, I passed and it seems that I have quite a good guessing skill!
We were in for a surprise during our Consumer Behaviour class because our Prof actually ordered pizza for us!

Needless to say, I skipped Korean class again and headed to Bucheon for my 4th IPL session at 4.30pm before going over to Youngjin's place and spending the afternoon and evening there. I found my jeans! Actually, I'm not 100% certain whether it's mine or not and Youngjin exacerbated the situation. When he pulled out his drawer, I saw not one but two pairs of Lee jeans. From my research online, Lee jeans are not sold in Korea but he has 2 pairs! According to him, both are from his mum who can't wear them anymore and passed them to him. The first pair he passed to me had washing instructions on it in Korean but Youngjin said that that should be mine because he had never seen it before. WTH. It had washing instructions in Korean and not English and the colour was different from mine too! On the other hand, the other pair which he claimed that he had for a long time looked more like my missing pair! The colour was almost the same (I remembered it to be darker though) but because I hadn't seen them for 4 months and they weren't mine to start with, I wasn't sure if they were "mine". So I had to use Facebook and check the photos taken at the airport when I left Singapore  -.-  I know, I'm a hopeless case :(

Youngjin's mum cooked a very nice dinner for me and I wanted to stay longer at their place but I was suddenly hit with very bad cramps and almost died from 7.30pm onwards. The painkillers which I got at the Express Bus Terminal in Gangnam before I took the bus to Bucheon didn't work at all :( My mum told me before that if I were to go to someone's place for a meal, it's not nice to leave early so I tried my best to stay as long as I could but it got so unbearable that all I wanted was to go home. Eventually, I mustered enough courage to tell Youngjin's mum that I had bad cramps so I had to leave early and she dropped me off at the bus stop. Thank goodness! I wouldn't have been able to walk from their place to the bus stop. The 1 hour bus ride back to Seoul wasn't that bad and I'm so glad that I made it back in one piece. I will never ever travel out of Seoul again when I get my period. In fact, I should just stay in my room. And in fact, I will not get my period in Korea anymore.

I love Youngjin's mother. She's so nice and she's like my parent here in Korea. When I gave Youngjin tuition back in Singapore, I never expected my relationship with her to turn out as such. Sometimes, I really want to tell her many things and share with her about my life here but my poor competency in Korean is one big limiting factor! Over dinner, we talked about my plans after the semester ends. She said she'll miss me and when I told her that I don't quite want to go back to Singapore, she said, "Dont'!" Haha. Youngjin's father will be attending graduate school in KU next year so she asked me to continue my studies at KU too and then he can drive both of us to school everyday next year. They'll let me have the study room as my bedroom too. So touched!
My new goal in life is to improve my competency in the Korean language. Initially, I thought that after my exchange, that's it with Korean. I will move on and learn French. But now, I want to master the Korean language!
