After buying the products from the same SA (she gave me even more samples today) who served me yesterday, I walked past the Lotte BC card booth and decided to make a card since I’m always spending so much at the department stores and it’s high time I become a member at the major department stores and accumulate points. Unfortunately, after waiting for at least 15 minutes, I wasn’t able to go through with the process because my name has to be registered in Korean with my bank -.- Although I wasted my time there, at least I managed to find the tax refund counter which is just beside the Lotte BC card counters and thanks to the Lotte BC lady who brought us there too, we walked past Gongcha along the way! I didn’t know that there’s Gongcha in Busan too. We also walked past Muji which I never managed to find previously!
Prices for Muji are higher than Singapore’s so I didn’t buy anything in the end.
Waiting for my turn to make my card
Waited for at least 10 minutes for my drink!
Bought my milk tea with pearl for 3,900원
I couldn’t really tell any difference in taste between the one I had and Singapore’s because I can’t remember how the one in Singapore tastes like anymore :(
*after having Gongcha back in Singapore, I think the one I had in Busan didn’t have much of the tea taste which I want.
We went to Savoy for fish and chips because we were supposed to have our dinner there a few weeks back together with Sonya and gang but the place was too crowded and I had a cold developing then. A plate of fish and chips costs 8,000원 and he got a coke for 2,000원 because he couldn’t take the oiliness of the fish :’( Overall, it’s the first and last time that I’ll dine at Savoy and probably the last time I’ll have fish and chips too. Way too fattening and I felt more guilty than anything after finishing the whole plate. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes for our food too!
After dinner, we felt too full of oil and had to walk around to burn some calories. We ended up walking past a street food stall selling egg buns and he bought me one for 1,000원. Despite eating it on a full stomach, I really love it!!!! It’s now my favourite Korean street food. You should try it! It’s not oily and it’s simply an egg in a bun :)We went in search of my birthday present at different cafes before going back to the dorm.
Here’s what I got from Laneige today!
