[Part 1] 58. Me-time in Nampodong

Since almost half of my class was missing because they are Muslims and went for Eid, we convinced our Korean teacher for the final period to let us watch a movie (시체가 돌아왔다 Over My Dead Body) instead of going through a reading in the textbook :)

After class, I went to Bin Hair in Nampodong to get my hair treated because it was very badly damaged after doing my 7th perm in 5 years and then a hair dye too. I had to get the complete treatment because of the state of my hair texture and paid 65,000원 for it after using a 5,000원 discount coupon. My hair treatment cost more than my hair perm :( I wanted to get my fringe straightened too but I can’t do so till a few weeks later because it’s too damaged. In Korea, treatment is called “clinic”, don’t ask me why. The moment I stepped foot into the hair salon and asked for a treatment to be done, they knew that I’m a foreigner.
A very funny and nice Korean hair stylist attended to me. We talked about Busan guys and he kept telling me how Busan has the best-looking guys lol. There’s this saying in Korea that Busan has the best-looking guys while Daegu has the best-looking girls. Can’t say whether it’s true because I have never gone to Daegu before and I don’t know how the girls there look like. At one point, he even held 3 hair dryers in one hand to dry my hair after complaining that my hair’s too thick haha. I’ll definitely go back to him next time for another treatment and to straighten my fringe.
Loving my hair texture now! So nice and soft and moisturised, no longer like wild fried grass!

Popped by the only Accessorize store in Busan to shop and I managed to buy the necklace that I wanted :) My Accessorize membership card didn’t expire and apparently, Accessorize will be sending me a 50% off discount coupon via SMS in end December. 50% off all items!

My teacher gave each of us a prize for the writing competition. So sweet of her!
OOTD (too shy to take a OOTD shot in front of the full length mirror in the lobby)
