[Part 1] 49. Errands day

Finally received my Alien Registration Card yesterday :)
So with it, I went to Hana Bank today to get a International Check Card so that I can shop at international shopping sites e.g. ASOS & Shopbop (Shopbop has a 20% off sale now and now that I finally have a Visa debit card, there’s nothing I want to buy ㅠㅜ).

To apply for the card, you need your Alien Registration Card and your passport.
I also applied for Internet Banking so that I no longer have to look for an ATM machine to transfer money to my private Gmarket account. For Hana Bank’s Internet Banking, you’ll be given a Hana Safety Card, which isn’t as high tech as our security tokens back in Singapore. But guess what, I tried to log into Hana Bank’s Internet Banking earlier and I can’t because the website only works with Internet Explorer -.-

I dropped by the Chanel boutique in Beomil to talk to my friends :) The next season’s accessories are arriving end Oct/early Nov and they’re quite pretty!
Hermes doesn’t have the black GHW Kelly double tour leather bracelet that I want. I thought I had gotten over the bracelet when I was in Paris during my grad trip. Now, I wish I had bought it then and I can’t stop thinking about it now. It’s 345 euros but 640,000KRW here in Korea which doesn’t have the colour I want anyway. When will this materialism end… :( This has been one crazy accessories year.
Received a few Pandora charms from Santa yesterday. My bracelet is finally complete (according to the design I have in mind). I never expected to receive a Pandora charm as a gift too. Thank you!!!
Bought bak kwa to give to the 2 security guards in my dorm because they are so nice to me. Wanted to give them each a pack but it’s too expensive here in Korea! This small pack cost about 23,000KRW -.-
In the evening, I played table tennis for awhile with my friends but it was more like tennis table -.- or tennis, squash and table tennis with a table tennis racket.
Went back to my room and was greeted by a relatively big spider spinning its web on our door frame.

On a side note, I can’t believe that Laduree’s opening in Singapore next year. Without me in the country?!?! I miss Wild Honey, Antoinette and TWG too.
Laudree in Paris- May 2012
Love all the cute products that Laduree sells too

Ok, I shall stop missing brunch and tea places in Singapore.
I guess I’ll be able to find more of these when I’m up in Seoul.

There’s a reason why I’m slimmer here too.
