[Part 2] 115. Lack of concentration

Dang. I didn't make it to the gym today because I woke up at 9am, went back to sleep, and woke up at 11am. I didn't make it to International Financial Management class either but it wasn't important because there were only presentations.

Instead, my desire got the better of me because I had been thinking of Lanvin for H&M day and night so I just had to go to Myeongdong. As expected, the cheap stuff that I wanted are all out of stock and Korea's H&M doesn't even stock the lipsticks. I wanted to try the pretty purple one-shouldered dress but it was OOS in my size so I had to settle for the black and yellow dresses. I think the yellow one is much prettier than the black but I had problems with the zipper and the hems are quite frayed! And since I have no money and the occasion to wear these dresses, I took photos of myself in the changing room (sorry to those who hate people who do that!)

A mannequin in the 2nd H&M store in Myeongdong had the brooch and sunglasses that I want but they aren't for sale. Doesn't make economic sense after the season/hype is over though. In the end, I bought a pullover and a gold rings necklace but didn't enjoy the 20% discount for having the H&M for iPhone application because apparently, you are supposed to show the cashier that you can use the app. BUT I obviously don't have a data plan here in Korea and there was no free wi-fi to tap on in the store so I couldn't use the app and wasn't entitled to the discount. So dumb right?! Talk about flexibility and policies -.-

I rushed back to school for Strategic Management class only to realise that there was no lesson; instead we had a group meeting. And I spent the whole of Corporate Finance class doing my Consumer Behaviour survey questions. Great day indeed.

I had dinner with Byungsoo at a rice cake place near the main gate and it was really delicious! We went to Coldstone for ice cream after that because he had a 1-for-1 coupon...German chocolate! Yuhong came over to look for me after that and I accompanied him while he had his dinner at Otsal and I had butter naan. After that, we had ice cream (I had Ghost World) at Baskin Robbins. I ate too much today :( 

I didn't spend enough time shopping in Myeongdong today. I think I'll go back after school tomorrow. Initially, I thought that this necklace for 99,000KRW is hideous. But it's kind of growing on me now and i feel tempted to get it. It's just 39.95euros (about S$72) but 99,000KRW (about S$112) here :( But the fact that it's sold out almost everywhere yet still available in Korea makes me want to get it.

In primary school, I used to stare at a friend's upper lip and wondered why it was so thick. Over the years, my upper lip grew as thick as hers and in fact, it's bigger than my lower lip. 

In secondary school, I used to wonder why my best friend sneezed softly many times continuously when I sneezed just once but really loudly. Over the years, I started sneezing like her.

In university, I wondered why my friend always burped in class while I rarely burp. Now, I burp whenever I'm hungry, which is almost all the time. 

I should start wondering why I'm not rich, famous, pretty and slim.
