[Part 2] 097. Night out with Jimmy & 창현

I spent the whole morning and afternoon in my room editing and uploading all my photos accumulated over the week and working on my backlog of blog entries. The greatest number I've ever amassed and I can't focus on studying until I've cleared my backlog. I hate it when I have a backlog. It occupies my mind.

My vegetables for lunch. I put it in the coldest part of my fridge by mistake and ended up eating ice vegetables or something.

The night was spent in Gangnam with Jimmy and his friend, Changhyun 창현. We went to a pasta place for dinner, Starbucks for drinks and chatting and a 술집 where we had strawberry soju, kiwi soju, pineapple soju, beer and chicken. It was the most I've ever drunk and I felt quite sick after awhile. Again, no psychological effect from drinking, only physical effects :( Initially, I wanted to take the direct bus no. 144 back to Anam but I was so tired after drinking that I decided to take a cab. 창현 asked me when I'll be coming back to Korea again after I leave in January. I don't know. I want to but I can't. My parents won't allow me. My dad already thinks it's a waste of money that I'm in Korea again for the 4th time when I could have spent the money traveling/studying elsewhere where I've never been to before. I'll only be back for work or holiday many years later :( Unless, of course, I settle down here, which is HIGHLY unlikely. That's why I feel sad...that I only have 2 more months in this country which I've fallen in love with, with the many new friends that I've made here, and I don't want to leave. And I know too that things will never be the same when I come back again. It's the company here that has made my stay so enjoyable and fun.
