[Part 1] 82. Hiking

I went for my 3rd hike today and the weather was perfect. I love it when the sky is blue and cloudless! In Singapore, such a sky will mean that it’d be scorching hot. But not here when it’s almost early winter :)
It’s a pity that we didn’t make it up to the observatory point at the top because we weren’t sure of the path and I was too scared to proceed further because of the fallen leaves which made it difficult for me to see which parts to step on. And I still haven’t overcome my fear of falling :(
After awhile, we decided to head back down and walked along the gravel pathway instead.

When I first discovered that I would be coming to Silla, I was so disappointed and I thought that my eyes were playing tricks on me and I kept staring at the document. I couldn’t believe that I was coming to Busan because I never thought that I’d be out of Seoul during my 2.5 years here in Korea. I couldn’t believe that I was going to live in a mountain area, away from civilisation. Ok, just a distance from the shops.
But now, I’m falling in love with this place. I love it that I’m living here, where it’s nice, quiet and peaceful at night, not like when I was staying in Anam and hearing drunk Koreans (including a drunk Jeannie) talk at the top of their voices at God-knows-what-time. I have a wonderful view of the city from here and the night view is just. Beautiful. At night, I get a beautiful view of the stars too. And the best part of this place? The hiking trail starts right behind the dorm. Really love this place :)

I wanted to watch Breaking Dawn 2 today but forgot to check the conditions of the 1-for-1 voucher that I had until I was in the queue at Seomyun’s CGV -.- So smart. It’s only valid for weekday use and ONLY at Centum City’s CGV. Have to wait till this coming Friday to watch it!
