It was a rainy afternoon. I hate it when it rains because my shoes get soaked and my umbrella's too tiny. I've yet to find the perfect umbrella print! Oh wells. What to do since I'm in Korea during the 장마철 (rainy spell)?

In the afternoon, I went to Gwanghwamun 광화문 with Alpha, Yi Hui and Yuek Ling for lunch as well as to shop at the Kyobo Bookstore.
A pretty cafe I discovered while walking from 신촌 지하철 역 to 연세대의 정문 to meet my buddy, 용준오빠 for dinner.
용준오빠's really nice. He knew that I was looking for 딸기 소주 (well not me actually, it's Jeannie) and helped me ask his friends about it. The answer was a Korean eatery near 연세대 where we had went to for dinner just now and had 딸기 소주 and 레몬 소주. I prefer the 딸기 소주 (strawberry soju) to the lemon one because the lemon one is stronger and very much like the original unflavoured 소주 which I don't like. I'm glad 오빠's my buddy! We had a great evening, even though my face kept heating up because of the 소주 and I had a mild headache. 오빠 also taught me the drinking etiquette, like how we should pour the 소주 for each other and stuff.
I'm sorry for the colours of the following photos because the lighting in the eatery was quite bad.
And I've just found out that I should always say 신촌 지하철역 instead of 신촌역 because the latter refers to the Sinchon Rail Station instead of the subway station.
I might update my LJ one of these days. This blog is public purely for me to keep track of what I do during my stay in Korea; whereas my LJ (friends only) is for my private thoughts and stuff.
