Today, I went to Anguk 안국 with Jeannie.
Remember that I said that different subway stations have different themes according to the location? Well, this is Anguk Station which is near Changdeokgung Palace 창덕궁.

Lunch at a Korean eatery where I had 된장찌개 for 4,000원.

After lunch, we headed to Changdeokgung Palace 창덕궁. We could only take a guided tour for 3,000원 because the nonguided tour wasn't applicable on a Friday and we had to wait for half an hour before the English Tour started at 3.30pm.

At 3pm, there were only a few of us outside the palace waiting for the commencement of the tour. But by 3.30pm, 2 bus loads of Westerners came and the light drizzle turned into rain. I think there were at least 100 of us on the tour and less than 1 minute into the tour, Jeannie and I decided that we would rather forfeit the 3,000원 spent on the admission ticket and just leave since we couldn't take pictures with the rain and such a big tour group meant the tour would take a long time.
Because of the rain, we had to look for another place to go so we checked out the Express Bus Terminal Station 고숙터미널. It's actually an underground shopping area but I think the shopping there isn't all that fantastic. Busan's Seomyeon Underground Shopping Centre's much better!

Since there was pretty much nothing to do there, we went to Angel-in-us-coffee to chill out. I got a hot lemon tea to soothe my sore throat.

Dinner was at Hongdae 홍대 with Wan Ling where I had my favourite 비빔밥 for just 5,000원 and the 친절한 아저씨 gave us free rice. Also, I found more pretty cafes that I have to visit soon before I leave in 2 weeks' time.
