[Part 1] 157. 울산 Day 3 / 경주

Today, we went for a drive and decided to go to Gyeongju to visit the Bulguksa Temple.
Gyeongju’s really near to Ulsan and we got there in less than an hour!
Parking fee for the carpark’s 1,000원.
Stopped by this mart to get some food and drinks
I need to go back to the temple in spring and autumn again. The temple’s famous for its autumn foliage.
So shy ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
You can’t walk up the stairs
Pathway to the back of the temple
Silla Dynasty’s toilets
Eateries in front of the temple
One of the many youth hostels around the area
We wanted to try this but it’s too expensive! 12,000원 for every 10 mins
Actually, when EH told me that we were going to Gyeongju, I thought that it would be a day-trip, meaning that besides going to Bulguksa, we would visit other attractions in Gyeongju. But no, after visiting the temple, we went back to Ulsan lol. He says that since Gyeongju is really near to Ulsan, we could always go there again.
Lunch!
순대 soondae…my favourite!
Sweet corn
We wanted to buy chicken from 땅땅치킨 but it only opens at 5pm :( So we settled for ddeokbokki and soondae instead. Spent the rest of the day slacking at his place and watching shows.
Dinner- his mum cooked duck porridge
