This morning, we caught the 10am show of 베를린 The Berlin File at Megabox in 성남동.
The action scenes are good and I think the show's pretty good if you understand what's going on ㅠㅜ Sadly, I could only guess because there are no subtitles and with the North Korean accent and the very fast-paced and complicated storyline, I was pretty lost :( ![]() |

After the show, we had street food for lunch. According to EH, this stall is always very crowded and it's difficult to eat there because you can't find any standing space. But since we were there on a weekday and it was still pretty early, the stall wasn't crowded. And it draws a crowd because the food is cheap yet delicious! Each stick only costs 500원, which is half the price of what you normally have to pay in Busan and maybe Seoul too.
What to do when you visit a street food stall:
- Find a spot to stand
- Take a paper cup and fill it with the soup base
- Take a saucer and fill it with sauce
- Take a stick, dab with some sauce and eat
- Repeat Step #4 till you're full
- Leave your stick(s) by your saucer and throw the cup into the bin below
- Pay up
I always find it very intimidating when I visit street food stalls because I don't know what to do. But after visiting the stalls a few times with him, I think this is what you should do lol. If you don't like sauce, like me, then don't take it. Steps 2 and 3 are interchangeable.
Went to Homeplus for some more snacks shopping before going back to slack at his place. Alright, I did study for TOPIK for awhile and we watched That Winter, The Wind Blows 그 겨울, 바람이 본다 because of my favourite actress, Song Hae Gyo ^.^ We had an early dinner before watching a Korean movie "A Bittersweet Life" and then the latest episode of TWTWB. ![]() |
